My wife and I were in Dalton running some errands. She just sold her 14 Camry hybrid, and regretted the decision instantly. She wanted a newer Camry Hybrid, so just for the heck of it, we stopped in N. Ga Toyota to look. We're not ready to buy, but just wanted to see the new models. Matt Miranda greeted us, and showed my wife 4 or 5 different models. We got done looking, and drove off. We started talking about how nice Matt was, with absolutely NO pressure to buy a vehicle. We were so impressed by the way we were treated, we decided when we buy early next year, Matt and N. Ga Toyota, is where we're buying whichever vehicle we land on. Keep up the good work Matt. Your sales style is appreciated!

I really appreciated how I received a video talking through the inspection, and then Ryan came to explain the results. They warned me about something that will need to be replaced soon-ish without trying to scare me into making an unnecessary and expensive replacement today.

Very happy with the repair service I received. Ryan was very helpful and understanding to any issues and concerns I had with my vehicle. Staff were very nice and friendly. I was able to get the shuttle they offer to get home and come back for me when my vehicle was ready. It made me feel valued and important.

Hunter and Tony were incredible! I purchased my first ever car (2025 Toyota Prius LE) here after struggling with my ‘06 Ford Explorer. I was really dreading having to get a car and having a car payment, but they were so informative and helpful with this process and made it so easy and exciting as well as helped me find and have the best deals possible. I highly recommend coming here and having them as your sales team. Made a dreadful experience a great one and cannot recommend them enough!

Have bought a few Toyota’s from North Georgia Toyota and will buy more in the future. We are blessed to have them in Dalton representing the Toyota brand. The best group to deal with on anything Toyota. Sales, service, parts are the best. They truly treat you like you should be treated. Bought a Tacoma last year, love that truck. It is one of my all time favorite vehicles, it’s great like North Georgia Toyota.

I have bought several vehicles from NGT and love the professionalism that NGT demonstrates. Ray, Ricardo & Matt H. have the best customer service skills hands down! I am saddened that I am forced to shop/buy from other auto brands that are more competitive than NGT. The pricing and interest rates at Toyota have gone crazy! I am afraid that I have bought my last Toyota. 😢
