I live 3h 15m from Dalton Georgia and completed this whole process over the phone. Joel, Ray and Chad were extremely welcoming and easy to get along with once we arrived. I recommend anyone to consider this dealership if shopping for a vehicle, the experience alone is worth the drive. We had such a positive experience buying a car recently. Juan was the salesman that helped us. He answered all of our questions and was so helpful and kind. He has checked in with me multiple times since buying the car to make sure everything was going well. Superb customer service in my book. We will definitely buy from here again.

Juan was absolutely incredible from the time I pulled in the lot till I left in my new truck. I showed up an hour before close on a Saturday and everyone on staff made sure everything was taken care of and perfect before I left. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck and experience while at North Georgia Toyota. Again, huge thanks to Juan and all involved for making everything perfect.

We had a great experience here. I was prepared to travel to find the best deal. This dealership is 200 miles away. Coach was a great salesman. Kept me informed. Answered all of my questions. Matt and coach assisted me with all paperwork over the phone in advance to the weekend trip. Once I got there, no surprises. The car and price was exactly what I expected. No surprises. No gimmicks. No pressure. The car is for my wife, but I had done all the preparations. Coach walked through all the car features with her when we got there. 7/15/2023 I left that place with my new 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4X4 Sport and got to meet a few good folks But 1 kinda stands to me 5 stars to Roger "Coach" Thompson ....I started our conversation the same way as I did with the last 3 salesmen at different dealerships "Coach " was the the only one out of 4 that listened to my first few words which were ..I don't like all the back and forth when I ask how much I expect the lowest price there will be no 2nd chance to sell me something I'm here to make a deal ...and the last 3 places didn't seem to understand that but Roger picked up on what I said and his reply was I CAN DO THAT there was NO let me talk to my boss or let me see what our margin is on this or let me see what I can do if you are willing to pay a little down he knew each vehicle and what it came with and for the most part what you could add to it so if you are ready to buy something and want a salesman that will sell you their product and not there sales pitch of the day GO SEE ROGER "coach " Thompson tell him Joe sent you and to Roger if you see this review DO NOT CHANGE the way you sale a vehicle they are a bunch of us out here that just want a salesman to tell us straight up the best they can do and not waste 2 hours of our life with all back and forth we are out here looking for salesmen like you but it does take awhile weed thru all the ones that push the pressure sales techniques .......and a good job to Isaiah Hawkins "AOA specialist " when coach brought you over to see me I first thought was hes gonna make me mad we had a deal and now here comes the "oh you want tires with air in them ...yeah that will change the price a little " BUT ....I forgot that I asked coach about some accessories that I would like to add and either he had forewarned Isaiah or he paid attention to the way coach treated me but that first words that guy said to me was " I know you don't want to add anything today but Coach said you would like to know about a few accessories that you want to add later on ....So when I get ready to add the stuff you can bet I will go see Isaiah ,Coach and all the team at NORTH GEORGIA TOYOTA not paid or given free stuff for this review just doing because it's so rare that you get a shopping experience like this now days
