Fast, easy, and really quick! Wish we could buy all our cars from “Coach” Roger! This is a REAL review and nothing to gain by posting this. We have been shopping around for the popular Sienna and they made our purchase out the door without a haggle. Chad in financing introduced us to many options but understood we didn’t want to purchase anything extra. Not pushy at all.

I live in Dalton and bought my first new vehicle at North Georgia Toyota. The experience could not have gone any smoother for me. All the folks were courteous and helpful. I received several follow-up calls from at least three different people asking if I needed anything and whether I was satisfied. It was nice to deal with a local business and not have to go to Chattanooga or Atlanta.

In addition, their maintenance department is very good and I never feel that they are dishonest with me about what needs to be done to my vehicle.
