We had a wonderful experience with Roger (aka coach). He was so friendly and so helpful with getting us in the right vehicle. Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our experience purchasing a car here. I would definitely recommend Roger to a friend.

I had a disappointing car buying experience at Nissan dealership in Dalton, GA in 2022 and I was already having anxiety about car shopping again. However, my experience at Toyota dealership in Dalton was exceptional. The sales team provided transparent, no pressuring and streamlined service, allowing me to secure financing on my terms without undue pressure. The entire process, including signing, was straightforward and hassle-free. I went by on lunch just browsing. I never was pressured spoke with salesman Joel went back after I got off from work. Called on my way had vehicle ready for me to test drive. I really like the truck. Joel went over everything and any concerns that I had. We worked out a price of which I thought was fair. The financial manger was very professional and offered me some options of which I chose without pressure. The experience was very pleasant. Extremely pleasant experience! I could not have been happier. Everyone was so nice and made me feel important. Saleman Roger "Coach" Thompson and Hunter Mccullough were amazing. NO PRESSURE sale. Just an amazing experience. Another thing that I was happy about was Hunter spotted me in the parking lot and i was limping l. He picked me up with his golf cart to show me around. Coach (Roger), Matt, Greg and Christian were all incredible in each process from finding the vehicle, financing ease and delivery. All questions were answered and each took their time in making sure we understood everything. This is my fifth automobile purchased from North GA Toyota. In addition, their maintenance department is very good and I never feel that they are dishonest with me about what needs to be done to my vehicle. Fast, easy, and really quick! Wish we could buy all our cars from “Coach” Roger! This is a REAL review and nothing to gain by posting this. We have been shopping around for the popular Sienna and they made our purchase out the door without a haggle. Chad in financing introduced us to many options but understood we didn’t want to purchase anything extra. Not pushy at all.
